Eligibility to Sell:

To sell on Esca.lk, you must be an artist or the authorized representative of an artist who holds the rights to sell the tangible or intangible art related products.

Listing Requirements:

All listings must accurately represent the product being sold and must comply with Esca.lk’s policies.

Intellectual Property:

By listing a product on Esca.lk, you warrant that you have the right to sell the product and that the listing does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.

Product Pricing:

You are responsible for setting the price of your products and ensuring that they are in line with market rates.

Shipping and Delivery:

You are responsible for shipping and delivering the products to the buyers. Esca.lk will not be held liable for any issues arising from the shipping and delivery of products.

Payment Processing:

Esca.lk will handle payment processing for all transactions between buyers and sellers.

Returns and Refunds:

If a buyer returns a product due to defects or if it does not match the description in the listing, the seller must either provide a full refund or offer to exchange the product.

Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Esca.lk will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a fair and impartial manner.

Compliance with Laws:

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of Esca.lk and the sale of your products.

By using Esca.lk, you agree to abide by these rules and policies. Esca.lk reserves the right to modify these policies at any time and without prior notice.

Esca.lk prohibits the sale of hazardous or dangerous goods, including, but not limited to, items that are flammable, explosive, or poisonous.

Offensive or Inappropriate Content:

Esca.lk prohibits the sale of any content that is offensive or inappropriate, including, but not limited to, items that contain hate speech, obscenity, or pornographic material.

Regulated Items:

Esca.lk prohibits the sale of items that are subject to regulation, including, but not limited to, items that require a license or permit to purchase or possess, such as firearms and wildlife products.

Misleading or False Information:

Esca.lk prohibits the sale of items that are listed with misleading or false information, including, but not limited to, items that are falsely advertised or misrepresented.

Restricted Items:

In some cases, Esca.lk may restrict the sale of certain items, such as items that require special handling or shipping arrangements.

Esca.lk reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these prohibited and restricted items policies without prior notice. Esca.lk also reserves the right to take legal action against any seller who violates these policies.
